Deliveries and returns

We deliver worldwide. We process and ship all orders from our Paris workshop from Monday to Friday. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

You will be invoiced at the time of ordering.

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail indicating that it is being delivered, with your tracking number.

Delivery is free for all orders over €100 (for EU countries only)!

From the date of receipt of your parcel, you have 15 days to return the products ordered.
For Metropolitan France, returns are free of charge ❤️

Please send us an e-mail to info@hellesparis.net before each return, specifying the models you wish to return, and whether it is an exchange or a refund. We will then send you your colissimo return label so that you can return your parcel with ease (for France only)!

Outside France, returns are at your expense.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund you as soon as possible. This takes approximately 1 to 5 days from receipt of the parcel.

The refund will be made to the card / PayPal account used to place the order.

A refund confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
