SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders from our Parisian workshop from Monday to Friday.Orders whose models are shown as "Available" are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
The processing time for our models indicated "Upon order" takes longer. The deadline is indicated on each product sheet.
You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery is FREE for ALL orders over 150€ ! We ship worldwide.

CUSTOMS
Out of E.U, your order may be subject to custom duty.
Custom fees are at your charge.
RETURNS
Be satisfied or refunded! From the date of receipt of your package, you have 15 days to return the products ordered.
Please send us a mail before each return with the products you need to return, telling us if it is an exchange or refund.
For all orders outside France, the return costs are at your charge (unless proven manufacturing defect).
REFUND
Upon receipt of your return, we will make your refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund as soon as possible.
